The Borough hosted its annual Memorial Day Ceremony on Saturday, May 28th at Mitchell Paige Park.
Folks came out to honor those who have served and continue to serve our country and enjoyed a ceremony featuring the Guest of Honor, Retired Senior Chief US Navy, David G. Jackel.
After the ceremony was over many stayed and enjoyed refreshments provided by the Borough.
The Borough would like to thank the organizations that helped make this event possible; VFW Post 914, Cub Scout Pack 31, WM High School JROTC, Representative Bill Kortz and Rev. Daniel Maurer.
Also, a special thanks to Gene Staudt of VFW Post 914 for hosting the ceremony.
