As we continue to grow our Recreation Department and build on what we offer to the residents of the Borough, we are in need of people willing to volunteer their time and efforts to making our events and programs a success.
If you are interested in becoming a volunteer and assisting with the West Mifflin Recreation Department please fill out the Volunteer Application and submit it to the Borough office. Be sure to also read the Volunteer Clearance information as it will instruct you on how to obtain the proper clearances necessary to become a volunteer in the Borough.
All West Mifflin Borough volunteers must have their Act 33 and Act 34 clearances in order to be considered.

Borough of West Mifflin Halloween Event 2024
Join us for the annual Halloween Celebration.
Refreshments are provided, along with games, activities, a pumpkin patch, and more!
Children up to age 10 will receive a treat bag.
August Movie Night In The Park – “IF”
West Mifflin Borough is inviting residents to bring a chair or blanket and enjoy a movie in the park on August 23rd, 2024.
In addition to the movie, there will be fun family games and activities starting at 7:30 pm.
There will also be light refreshments free of charge.
Beedle’s Ice Cream will attend from 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm (a charge of $2 per ice).
This month’s movie will be “IF”.
The movie will begin at dusk.
July 12th | Movie Night In The Park | “Inside Out”

Eclipse Viewing Glasses will be provided to the first 400
people attending.
Join us and enjoy the view along with Popcorn,
$2 Kona Ice and a coloring activity for the kids.
Borough Easter Event – March 30th, 2024
Come and join us for a petting zoo, egg hunt, crafts, a visit from the Easter Bunny, and more!
